You are using the Site at your own risk and neither MyChemistOnline.com.au nor any of its associates give any warranty that the site is free of errors. Credit Card payments: We accept all major credit card providers such as Visa and MasterCard through our third party payment provider without additional surcharge. Credit cards will be charged at the time of placing the order. MyChemistOnline.com.au will not store your credit card details or information. Should a refund be necessary due to any reason we may choose to refund the full amount or a part of the purchase price back to your credit card. These refunds generally take several days to be processed through our payment provider.
Alipay: MyChemistOnline.com.au shall accept payments through Alipay if the third party provider accepts this payment gateway. Under no circumstances can we guarantee that payment options through Alipay are available to the customer.
WeChat Payment: MyChemistOnline.com.au shall accept payments through Tencent Weixin/WeChat if the third party provider accepts this payment gateway. Under no circumstances can we guarantee that payment options through Weixin/WeChat are available to the customer.
Paypal: We shall accept payment through PayPal, however under no circumstances can we guarantee that payment option through PayPal is available to the customer. Please note that standard PayPal Terms and Conditions apply.
Direct bank transfer: In circumstances where the customer cannot pay with any of the above payment methods, MyChemistOnline.com.au may accept direct bank transfers with prior consent. Shipping of the order will only occur after successful payment and can delay overall processing and handling times. Should bank transfers not amount to the agreed payment sum, MyChemistOnline.com.au reserves the right to reduce the order value to adjust to the received sum.
Any refund will be made for the amount of a cancelled order in Australian Dollars or in the overseas currency at the discretion of MyChemistOnline.com.au. Due to changing international exchange rates the deposited amount may differ from the initial order price.
All prices on MyChemistOnline.com.au are given in $AUD. Unless advised otherwise the shipping cost for each item has been incorporated into the sale price and no further shipping charges shall be applicable upon checkout. Regular prices for each product have been determined by industry specific margins or by the manufacturer’s recommended retail price (RRP) where available.
MyChemistOnline.com.au reserves the right to decline or cancel any orders at any time. This may include orders for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or internal misinformation.
MyChemistOnline.com.au operates from Australia and is therefore governed by Australian law only.
MyChemistOnline.com.au reserves the right to limit the purchase amounts of any product at any time at its discretion.
· MyChemistOnline.com.au inspects all packages for completeness of the order as well as secure packaging of each product prior to shipping. MyChemistOnline.com.au has however no control over International Customs or International Postal Operations and we can therefore take no responsibility for damaged items or items claimed to be missing and will not refund any International orders where such claims are made.
· MyChemistOnline.com.au shall not be responsible for the loss of any orders or parts thereof due to untraceable consignments numbers. Any cost that may be sustained from customs or delivery tax must be carried by the receiver and it is the receiver’s obligation to gain information whether such taxes are applicable prior to placement of the order.
· MyChemistOnline.com.au holds no liability to any orders that are detained by any country’s customs. As this may also affect delivery times, we hold no responsibility on the order being delivered within a certain timeframe or cost. MyChemistOnline.com.au also cannot guarantee the quality of any consumable products delivered due to extended shipping times and weather and hold no liability on replacing/refunded them.
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY AS WE DO NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. WE ALSO DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS IF THE PRODUCTS FAIL TO DELIVER THE DESIRED EFFECT OR IF AN ALLERGIC OR UNDESIRED REACTION OCCURS TO ANY OF THE INGREDIENTS.
We accept refunds or exchanges only in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. This allows you to return a product that is:
· Not fit for purpose
· Significantly different to those shown or described to you
· Refunds will be issued as per your original payment method and only to the same person that initiated the payment.
· We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned goods prior to offering a refund or exchange.
